Experience

Tim has been with the company since he was a teenager, working summers on utility crews and highway construction projects. Upon graduation from Lenoir Rhyne in 1984, Tim began full-time employment, initially working with field operations in highway construction. Project experience includes reconstruction of Highway 12, Ocracoke Island, NC; widening of Highway 264 in Wilson, Greenville and Pactolus NC, and initial fine grade and paving of the final 13-mile section of the I-40 interstate system in Duplin County, NC. Additional projects involved widening of Rama Road, Highway 51 and Highway 24-27 in Charlotte, NC.

In the early 1990s, Tim became the Division Manager of the utility division of the Company where he managed multiple utility projects in and around the Piedmont area of North Carolina for municipalities and NCDOT highway projects. He also served as the Utility Division Chairman for Carolinas AGC.

In 2011, Tim was named President of Propst Construction.
