Health Care Benefits
To help make medical care more affordable, Propst Construction pays 100% of the employees cost of medical and dental premiums for all full-time employees. As part of the Blue Cross Blue Shield medical coverage offered, the Company also pays a portion of any dependent coverage for all full-time employees’ dependents.

Life Insurance and AD & D Insurance
Propst Construction Company provides group life and AD & D coverage. The Company pays 100% of the employees cost of premiums for all full-time employees. There is also available to all full-time employees, the opportunity to purchase additional voluntary life coverage for themselves or their dependents.

Paid Vacation Plan
Propst Construction Company provides a paid vacation plan for all full-time employees designed around a maximum of ten available vacation days each year beginning January 1 of the year following the year of employment.

Safe Harbor 401(k) Retirement Plan
Propst Construction Company wants to be a part of helping its employees reach their retirement goals. Employee contributions to the Propst Construction Safe Harbor 401(k) retirement plan, along with any Company matching contributions, can provide each participating employee the opportunity to build a better financial future. Full time employees are eligible to begin contributing to their retirement fund at the beginning of each calendar quarter following 60 days of full time employment. Employee contributions and any Company matching contributions are 100% vested immediately.
