Matt began his construction career with Propst Construction in June 2004 as a laborer for the Roadway Division. It was apparent that Matt had an aptitude for learning and a desire for new challenges. He was quickly promoted to an equipment operator and later to Foreman. As a foreman, Matt developed the skills and knowledge required to coordinate and manage multiple crews and projects. Matt has developed a reputation within the industry for quality and attention to detail. He has full knowledge of fine grading, automated machine control, soil stabilization, soil modification, CTB, full depth asphalt reclamation and asphalt surface treatment. Matt is responsible for the coordination of field operations for the Roadway Division.
