Shannon has 25+ years of experience in building highways and construction in both North Carolina and South Carolina. He has worked in the construction industry since 1996 in various applications including, clearing, rough and fine grading, stone base, utilities, storm drain, curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt paving, and concrete slabs. Shannon has also had training in GPS for site and machine control set up. He also has had extensive training on asphalt plant operations. Early in his career, several years spent as a grading foreman, and utility foreman with extensive hands-on experience.
